When you contact me you will receive :
-questionnaire and we will arrange Consultation with Assessment.
On the Consultation, we will discuss your goals and expectations, how many days per week you be interested to get training, what equipment you have (if none I will design sessions with no equipment) also if there is any past or present injuries or health issues I should be aware of while designing the program. We will talk about your nutrition habits and how to improve that area.
Assessments allow me to look at your static posture and dynamic movement (mobility, stability, balance, flexibility,) to design A program tailored to your needs and risk of injury.
I use FMS, SFMA, TPI screen or Static&Dynamic posture Screening to make sure we address everything!
Then we will set up dates and times suitable for both of us and we ready to go!
