Pilates was created by the athlete Joseph Pilates as form of rehabilitation and strengthening before physiotherapy existed Pilates focuses on creating understanding of the body and mind connection, core and spine stability, correct posture and activation of deep muscles.

Pilates program

One size doesn’t fit all – Pilates programming is well design to client personal needs.

Postural analysis

Each privet client will receive postural analysis to then tailor program to his their muscular imbalances. Each exercise will be prices to client posture. 

Workout

Client will learn 5 basic principles progress true exercises and different levels. Working on the goals, weak areas, mobilisation of: spine, shoulders and hips, strengthening abdominals.
